L-rhamnose is a naturally-occurring deoxy sugar, which manufactured from birch/beech wood hydrolysate using a solvent free separation process and is a white, crystalline powder. It is suitable for a wide applications including the production of natural furanones and can be used as a pharma precursors. L-rhamnose MC (monohydrate) has Kosher Parave status and a “natural” designation.
